71% of employers say engaging with Gloucestershire County Council has been valuable. Does that reflect your experience?
Among employers who rated the outcome of engaging with GCC, 71% said it had been valuable.
So far, 52% said they gained useful contacts or networks, while 29% reported a positive impact on their local area or community.
But employers also see room for improvement. The most common requests were:
- Clearer routes into the council – 39%
- More help with skills, recruitment or training – 30%
- A better understanding of what GCC can offer – 27%
