Neurodiversity in Entrepreneurship Series: Build a Business That Works for You

Published
The Growth Hub Gloucestershire is proud to launch a brand-new Neurodiversity in Entrepreneurship series – a practical, supportive programme designed to help entrepreneurs understand how they work best and build businesses that are both effective and sustainable.

Delivered in partnership with neurodiversity coach Chiara Richards, founder of Reframe Neurodiversity, this three-part online workshop series is tailored specifically for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, including those with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia.

Rather than trying to “fit” traditional business models, this series focuses on working with your brain, not against it.

Join us for this three-part online series:

Delivered online - Open to all Gloucestershire businesses.

Spotlight: Part 1 - Understanding Your Brain in Business

This session sets the foundation for the entire series.

Entrepreneurship offers flexibility and freedom – but for many neurodivergent business owners, it can also feel overwhelming, inconsistent, or difficult to sustain using conventional approaches. This session helps you make sense of that.

What you’ll learn:

  • What neurodiversity means in the context of running a business
  • How ADHD, autism and dyslexia influence thinking, decision-making and productivity
  • Why some tasks feel easy while others feel disproportionately challenging
  • How your environment impacts focus, energy and performance
  • How to identify and start working with your natural strengths

Why attend?

Because success in business isn’t about forcing yourself into systems that don’t fit. This session will help you:

  • Understand how you work best
  • Reduce frustration and overwhelm
  • Build confidence in your decision-making
  • Create a clearer, more sustainable way of working

You’ll leave with greater self-awareness and practical ways to start shaping your business around how you think and operate.

What the full series covers

Each session builds on the last to help you embed change over time:

  • Part 2: Harnessing Your Strengths
Turn your unique ways of thinking into practical, strengths-based strategies for growth.
  • Part 3: Sustainability, Burnout & Long-Term Success
Learn how to manage energy, reduce cognitive load, and build systems that support consistent performance.

 Why this series matters

Research and lived experience show that a significant proportion of entrepreneurs identify as neurodivergent, yet traditional business advice doesn’t always reflect how they think and work.

This series is designed to change that.

By attending, you’ll gain:

  • Practical, realistic strategies you can apply immediately
  • A stronger understanding of your strengths and challenges
  • Tools to improve focus, consistency and productivity
  • A more sustainable approach to running your business

 Who Should Attend?

  • Neurodivergent entrepreneurs, freelancers and business owners
  • Individuals who suspect they may think differently and want to understand how this impacts their work
  • Anyone looking to improve focus, structure and sustainability in their business

No formal diagnosis is required.
