Opportunity Gloucestershire prospectus sparks investor interest
At UKREiiF 2026 - the UK's national real estate investment and infrastructure forum, the team delivered a high-profile programme of activity, including a panel discussion on Accelerating the Growth of Resilient Technology Clusters, which positioned Gloucestershire at the forefront of innovation-led growth. The event also marked the launch of Gloucestershire’s new Investment Prospectus, presenting eight investable opportunities across regeneration, innovation, and sustainable development.
The response to these initiatives was highly positive, with strong visitor engagement, more than 15 targeted investor meetings, and significant interest across all featured projects. As a result, a number of discussions are now progressing with prospective investors and development partners.
This momentum has continued at Infosecurity Europe, where the team engaged with a broad range of UK and international businesses. Several substantive conversations were held with overseas companies exploring opportunities to establish or expand operations in Gloucestershire, particularly within the county’s cyber, digital, and advanced technology sectors.
The team are also attending London Tech Week, continuing efforts to promote Gloucestershire as a leading destination for innovation. In collaboration with the Office for Investment, support has been provided for the delivery of a panel session on the UK Stand, scheduled for Tuesday 9 June, titled “Defending the Digital Frontier: Inside the UK Regions – Cyber Clusters.”
Building on themes explored at UKREiiF, this session will highlight how regional ecosystems such as the emerging Golden Valley development in Cheltenham are driving innovation, strengthening capability, and enhancing national resilience. Featuring speakers from the National Cyber Security Centre, techSPARK, CyNam, and industry partners, the discussion will demonstrate the strength and ambition of Gloucestershire’s cyber cluster.
Across all activities, Gloucestershire continues to enhance its visibility, engagement, and investor interest, reinforcing its position as a highly attractive location for businesses seeking to invest, innovate, and grow.
