Gloucestershire stands at a pivotal juncture. The transition to a Net-Zero economy is no longer a distant aspiration; it is an immediate industrial challenge that requires a restructuring of our local labour market.

As part of our commitment to meeting this challenge, Gloucestershire County Council is proud to host the Clean Energy and Green Skills Conference 2026. This landmark event brings together leaders from education, industry, and innovation to shape the county’s clean, green future and equip our workforce for the opportunities ahead.

Join us for a day packed with inspiring keynote speeches, expert-led discussions, and powerful networking opportunities as we come together to discuss how we align the supply and demand of clean energy and green skills in order to improve energy resilience and achieve our Net Zero goal.

This is your chance to be at the forefront of a movement redefining skills, careers, and energy systems for generations to come.
