Appropriate Organisational and Technical Measures

In line with the principles of the UK Data Protection legislation, it is essential that organisations implement and maintain appropriate security, facilities, controls and procedures to ensure protection of the Personal Data.

Schedule 2 (Appropriate Organisational and Technical Measures) sets out the baseline requirements that each party must demonstrate alongside a comprehensive and up to date Data Protection Policy.
