Equality information and analysis
Effective service delivery depends on having a deep understanding of our community’s needs and experiences. By using equality information, we can make sure we have thought about opportunities to promote equality, eliminate discrimination and foster good relations across all protected characteristics and other vulnerable groups when making decisions.
Equality information is used when we develop our corporate plans, and it gives us an understanding of what our equality objectives should be.
We continuously review and provide equalities information in line with our commitment to the Equality Act and Transparency Code of Practice. Please visit the transparency page for more information about our commitment to transparency.
Key reports and analysis
We regularly publish reports and data that provide insight into our progress and challenges. Our latest publications include comprehensive analyses of our workforce diversity, service user experiences, and community demographics. These are used to inform and develop our due regard statements.
