In addition to job search assistance, the Digi Hub staff helped Angela with everyday tasks that initially felt daunting. They guided her through online shopping and even supported her purchasing a new TV when hers broke down.
Furthermore, the Hub facilitated Angela's financial well-being by restoring an app on her phone that managed her electricity usage and helped her find a less expensive tariff. This cost-saving assistance brought her peace of mind and showcased the broader impact of digital inclusion in daily living.
