CfPS, in partnership with Manchester University, conducted research with leaders of Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs), local politicians and stakeholders to support and understand good governance and accountability during the implementation of STPs. This report examines what has worked well and what has been less successful and makes five recommendations to improve the governance of sustainability and transformation plans.
