Education Inclusion Service (EIS)

*Before raising any concern it’s important to note that if this relates to the well-being of a child or children living in Gloucestershire, these should be directed to the Children & Families Helpdesk.

Please note that in all cases below, EIS will aim to respond within 3 working days.

EIS are able to respond to concerns about statutory inclusion processes for all children.

EIS are able to support and advise around exclusion and attendance concerns with regards to children without EHCPs

If you have any concerns about a child* (who does not have an EHCP) and wish to discuss these, please contact EIS by email as below:

If the child has an EHCP, please instead contact the child’s caseworker directly.

EIS are able to support and advise around EHE and CIEE concerns with regards to all children
