*Before raising any concern it’s important to note that if this relates to the well-being of a child or children living in Gloucestershire, these should be directed to the Children & Families Helpdesk.
You can do this at childrenshelpdesk@gloucestershire.gov.uk or on 01452 426565 during office hours (outside of office hours, the number you can ring is 01452 614194).
Please note that in all cases below, EIS will aim to respond within 3 working days.
- EIS are able to respond to concerns about statutory inclusion processes for all children.

If you have any concerns about a child* (who does not have an EHCP) and wish to discuss these, please contact EIS by email as below:

If the child has an EHCP, please instead contact the child’s caseworker directly.
- EIS are able to support and advise around EHE and CIEE concerns with regards to all children
