Graduated Pathway practice guidance
The Graduated Pathway of Early Help and Targeted Support is Gloucestershire’s approach to understanding and meeting the needs of all children, young people and families at the earliest opportunity. Engagement with the pathway is everyone’s collective responsibility.
Effective use of the pathway is a key component of Gloucestershire’s Inclusion and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Strategies (2022-25) and will be in Gloucestershire’s Early Help Strategy and Early Years Strategies that are in development.
This guidance should be read in conjunction with the levels of intervention guidance issued by the Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership.
If you're a parent/carer or young person, we recommend clicking on the corresponding tile that will provide an overview of what the Graduated Pathway is.
