Collaborative Education Inclusion Forums (CEIF)

Level three

Team Around the Locality Cluster (TALC) is a multi-agency approach that accepts referrals from and provides direct support for schools, giving an opportunity for agencies to meet virtually and help schools to support the unmet needs of children and young people at the earliest opportunity.

TALC is appropriate for those Children/ Young People with a My Assessment, where barriers to education remain despite being supported by single or multi-agency interventions.

Level four

Intervention Circle (IC) is a multi-disciplinary forum that provides an opportunity for services/agencies to meet virtually and support one another to address the unmet educational needs of children and young people (CYP) who are open to Statutory Services or Meet indicators at Level 4 of Gloucestershire’s Levels of Intervention.

It is expected that identified additional support will be incorporated into existing statutory plans, which may also inform the My Plan + where that statutory plan is an EHC Plan.
