Southfield House

Gloucestershire County Council is investing in the refurbishment of Southfield House, Park Road, Stroud, by converting its former residential home on Park Road into supported accommodation for children and young people (age 16-25 years) who are leaving our care.

We want to make sure that children and young people in care, and our care leavers, can grow up within the county, remain at their local school, attend local colleges and access training and employment opportunities in the county That’s why we are opening a suite of brand new children’s homes and Southfield House to provide supported accommodation as an important step for young people on their road to independence.

Southfield House will provide a home for up to 19 young people between the ages of 16 and 25 years, with a skilled support team on-site and available to young people throughout the day and overnight.
