How do I return Telecare equipment?
If you have Telecare equipment which you no longer need please contact the Telecare team and arrange for the equipment to be uninstalled and collected by one of our engineers.
Please don’t take any Telecare equipment to the drop-off points as your service will not be closed properly and you may incur charges for these items.

How can I tell if my equipment is from Telecare or from Community Equipment Services?
All Telecare equipment should have a sticker which states
“Property of Telecare Gloucestershire. 01452 583774”.
