Terms of equipment loan

1. The equipment it on loan to you, free of charge and for your personal use only. Please do not share or give equipment to anyone else.
2. The equipment is not for re-sale. Unauthorised disposal is theft. If the equipment is abused or damaged, you may incur a charge.
3. You must only use the equipment according to instructions or as directed.
4. Do not remove the barcode labels.
5. Please clean according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not use bleach to clean any of the equipment as this can cause damage.
6. Gloucestershire Equipment Loan Service accepts no responsibility if the equipment is moved, used, cleaned or adapted in any way other than instructed.
7. You must return equipment as soon as you no longer need it. You will receive reminder letters annually that ask if you still require your loaned equipment.
8. Service engineers must be given access to inspect and service the equipment covered by a servicing contract. Appointments will be arranged in advance.
9. Please notify Gloucestershire Equipment Loan Service of any change of address or phone number.
10. Please note, when emailing please do not include your name and address. We only require the barcode of the equipment and a contact telephone number.
