Adult Social Care Helpdesk

  • Accessibility: The helpdesk provides a direct line of communication for individuals needing assistance, ensuring that help is readily available.
  • Personalised Support: It offers tailored advice and guidance based on individual needs, helping people navigate the complexities of adult social care.
  • Emergency Assistance: The helpdesk is equipped to handle urgent social care emergencies, providing critical support 8am – 5pm or via the Emergency Duty Team outside of these hours

  • Comprehensive Resource: Your Circle serves as a directory for care and support services in Gloucestershire, helping people find the information they need to stay independent and well, as well as providing choices in terms of next steps when more help and support is needed.
