Introduction

If your major adaptation is agreed in principle it will be necessary to appoint a professional agent to assist you with the application process. The grant officer dealing with your application will let you know when to do this and can provide you with a list of agents.

An agent will support you with your DFG application and can provide professional services such as surveying, drawing up plans and project management.  They may be able to advise you on suitable contractors who can complete the work if the application is approved.
