Dealing with disputes

If you have a problem with the installed equipment or building work you should initially check any warranties or insurances the contractor has given you.

Contact your contractor to explain the problem and ask them to investigate and resolve the issue.  Always try to resolve a dispute amicably if possible. Put your complaint in writing to the contractor and keep a copy of it.
