- Monday 18 August 2025: Applications open
- Sunday 28 September 2025: Applications close
- Monday 29 September - Friday 14 November 2025: Selection process
- End of December 2025: Outcomes communicated to organisations
- January - February 2026: Grant funding sent to successful organisations
