Rachel Jarvis: Registered Manager

As Manager of Gloucestershire Shared Lives I am registered with the Care Quality Commission and I am responsible for ensuring the service is compliant in relation to the fundamental standards. I have over 21 years experience in adult social care; I am passionate about social inclusion and have worked throughout my career to promote empowerment and choice. I feel privileged to be working within such a progressive and outcome focused service which I hope can be an option for many more people in Gloucestershire in the future.
