Luke O'Donnell: Shared Lives Officer

I joined the Shared Lives Team in the summer of 2020 and have already seen a lot of positive changes, in this short time. I am excited to be involved in helping improve peoples lives and spreading the word of this unique Service. I am passionate about what I do and seeing the results, of the hard work our carers put in, is so rewarding. I have worked in Social Care for nearly ten years, as a support worker, and in a managerial role, with both children and adults. My Champion roles are focused on marketing, promotion and recruitment for Shared Lives, as well as ways in which we can use CHARMS to improve the Service.
