Shane Lambert: Shared Lives Officer

I joined the Shared Lives team in August 2020, having previously worked for over 30 years in various supported living and residential settings supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, prior to joining Gloucestershire Shared Lives I had also for 4 ½ years worked within Gloucestershire County Councils Learning Disabilities Operations Team as a Social Care Assessor. It’s great to be working with Carers and Individuals through Shared Lives Scheme to help influence positive, person centred outcome. Along with my colleague Charlie, we are looking to re-establish the co-production team following the pandemic, to have a holistic approach to our policy and value making.
