How can I check if flooding has occurred at my property in the past?

In the first instance, we advise you to check the Environment Agency's flood maps. In some situations, we may be able to advise if a flooding incident has occurred within a defined area (e.g. postcode), but cannot offer individual property records. 

If the flood was not reported to us then we may not have a record of it.
