Allyship
One of the best ways that we can better understand one another and work towards eliminating racism is through Allyship. It involves a person from a non-marginalized group — an ally — who makes an effort to understand the struggles of a marginalised group, and uses their privilege to support them.
The most recent example of this has been the thousands of white people who joined in the Black Lives Matter protests marching alongside their black brothers and sisters.
