Ministry of Defence Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC)
The ELC scheme promotes lifelong learning among members of the Armed Forces. It provides financial support through a single upfront payment in up to three separate financial years.

- Administered by Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Services (ELCAS)
