If you are not already registered as service voters, you can do so by using the Governments dedicated Register to Vote service for Armed Forces Personnel and their families here:

Use this service to get on the electoral register or to update your details if you do not have a permanent home address in the UK and you’re:

A member of the armed forces
The sport or civil partner of someone in the armed forces

Alternatively, if you are registered as an ordinary voter at a permanent UK address and want to remain so, you could consider appointing a trusted proxy vote on your behalf. You will need to apply to your district council to do so.
