Replace or return a Blue Badge
If you have lost your Blue Badge, or it is damaged or faded, you can request a replacement online using the Government website.
You should report lost or stolen badges to the police and get a crime reference number. Alternatively, you can report a lost badge at Report my Loss. This system is linked to the Police database and there is a fee for using this service.
Replacement badges cost £10 and may take up to 21 days. If your current badge expires in less than 3 months, apply for a renewal instead.
Request a replacement Blue Badge online
You can also request a replacement badge by post, but this takes longer. Download the application form or contact the Blue Badge team for a copy. When applying by post, you can pay using our secure online payment link or by sending a postal order or cheque payable to Gloucestershire County Council (include your name and address).

Returning a badge that's expired or no longer needed
If your badge has expired, or you no longer need it, you must return it to the Blue Badge team at the address above. Please don't cut the badge up.
When returning a badge after someone has died, include a note with the date of death.
