Provider Failure in Another Local Authority

9.1    Local authorities should notify each other when there is a regulated provider business failure in their area.

9.2    If an individual lives outside of Gloucestershire and has care funded by Gloucestershire County Council, the council will provide appropriate operational support to move and support the individual to an alternative service.
