Gloucestershire Minerals and Waste Local Plan
Gloucestershire County Council is preparing a new Gloucestershire Minerals and Waste Local Plan under the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2026. Once adopted, the new Plan will provide a single planning framework for minerals and waste development across Gloucestershire and will replace the existing Minerals Local Plan for Gloucestershire, the Gloucestershire Waste Core Strategy, saved policies of the Gloucestershire Waste Local Plan and the Waste Minimisation in Development Projects Supplementary Planning Document.
