About SAP Ariba
Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) uses SAP Ariba to manage quotation and tender opportunities online. SAP Ariba has replaced our previous tendering system, ProContract.
Through SAP Ariba, suppliers can:
- Access quotation opportunities when invited by GCC
- Access open tender opportunities advertised through Find a Tender
- View procurement documents and supporting information
- Ask clarification questions
- Receive updates and notifications
- Submit quotations and tender responses electronically
Before You Start
To help avoid issues when responding to opportunities, we recommend that suppliers:
- Register for SAP Business Network Discovery as early as possible - https://discovery.ariba.com/
- Check they can access SAP Ariba before any submission deadline
- Check junk or spam folders for SAP email notifications
- Keep contact details up to date
