For higher value procurements, GCC advertises opportunities through the UK Government's Find a Tender service.
How to Participate
Step 1
Locate an opportunity on Find a Tender.
Step 2
Follow the link provided in the UK4 Tender Notice.
Step 3
Register for SAP Ariba Discovery or sign in using an existing account.
Step 4
Locate the opportunity within SAP Ariba Discovery.
Step 5
Review procurement documents and submit your response electronically.
SAP Ariba Discovery
SAP Ariba Discovery enables suppliers to:
- Find procurement opportunities
- Access tender documents
- Ask clarification questions
- Submit tender responses electronically
- Receive procurement notifications

If You Are Successful
If awarded a contract, GCC will invite you to register within its SAP Ariba supplier environment.
This is separate from SAP Ariba Discovery and enables GCC to establish your organisation as an approved supplier.
