Quotation Opportunities
For lower value procurements, GCC may invite a selected number of suppliers to submit a quotation.
If you are invited to participate, you will receive a link to the opportunity in SAP Ariba.
Through SAP Ariba you can:
- View procurement documents
- Download supporting information
- Ask clarification questions
- Receive updates and notifications
- Submit your quotation electronically

New Suppliers
If your organisation does not already have access to GCC's SAP Ariba environment, you may be asked to provide:
- Company name
- Contact name
- Email address
- Company address
- Description of goods or services
This information enables GCC to issue an invitation to register.
Once on-boarded GCC will be able to issue the Quotation opportunity to the registered email account.
Important
Even if you already have an SAP Ariba Discovery account, GCC may still require you to register within the GCC supplier environment if your organisation cannot be located in our supplier records.
Registration Requirements
To participate in a quotation opportunity, suppliers only need to complete:
Stage 1 - Account Setup
This provides access to GCC's SAP Ariba environment and quotation opportunities.
If You Are Successful
If your quotation is successful, GCC will invite you to complete:
Stage 2 - Supplier Registration
This enables GCC to:
- Create supplier records
- Raise purchase orders
- Process payments
You will be asked to submit company and bank account information through the questionnaire section within SAP Ariba during this stage.
Enter your sort code as one single number, with no dashes or spaces.
