Supplier Onboarding
If you have been awarded business by Gloucestershire County Council, you must complete supplier registration before purchase orders and payments can be processed.
What Is Supplier Registration?
Supplier registration enables GCC to:
- Create supplier records
- Raise purchase orders
- Process supplier payments
Information You May Need
The information requested may include:
- Company details
- Registered address
- Finance contact details
- Bank account information
Stage 2 - Supplier Registration
Stage 2 Supplier Registration is completed through GCC's SAP Ariba supplier environment following an invitation from GCC.
Important
Supplier registration is only required if:
- A contract has been awarded, or
- GCC needs to establish your organisation as a supplier for ordering and payment purposes.
